The foundation of Pashupati Construction and Engineering was laid down in April 1992 by a team of engineering professionals to venture into a Specialized Products and Services in Construction Industry to take advantage of liberalization and economic boom in the Indian Construction Sector. The company, today, has pan India presence in Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Cochin. Office, retail and commercial projects or homes, villas or farmhouses we turn the shell of the constructed building into living, fully finished products. Specialising initially on the ‘External Envelope’ of the building that covered items like waterproofing of building-outline and decorative exterior permanent textured paints, we progressed to including internal building elements. From waterproofing in the interiors, especially bath & kitchen and then to finished interiors including partitions, flooring, ceilings, false ceilings, decorative painting and then adding even MEP services, HVAC and firefighting systems to our interior services portfolio.
With over 30 years of experience in the construction Industry, he holds a degree in civil engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, he holds PG Diplomas in ’Material Management’ and ’Marketing and Sales Management’. Under his leadership PCE gained a reputation of repeat business on time delivery, high quality standards and value engineering skill. He is passionate for detailing, design & skill development.
With an MBA degree she has 20 years experience in human resource and administrative functions. She has a keen interest in talent management and development. She also heads the CSR for the company.

He's a building material specialist with over 30 years of leadership and marketing experience. His strength lies in execution having managed multi location teams and developing both B2C and B2B client base. He has held leadership positions with companies like Sherwin Williams and Nerolac etc. He holds a university degree in science and has attnded management programs at IIMs and Tata Institute and Social Science.
Palakshi is a young interior designer with an Honours degree in ’Interior and Spatial Design’ from Chelsea College of Art & Design, University of Art London. She has great international exposure to the latest design trends in the field of Interior & space design.
A good business enterprise develops the community from which it borrows its resources and we want to bring this philosophy to life through our actions and business decisions. Following this belief, Chairman Mr. G. Pal ensures that the company undertakes some social responsibility for less privileged of the society.
15th December, birthday of our founder chairman late Mr. J. S. Verma, is observed as "Spread Warmth" day. On this day, the company takes up the task of distributing blankets to down trodden.
At Pashupati we believe education is the key to development for any country and that every child has a right to study and dream. Following this philosophy
the company is actively associated with "Sri Sri Gyan Kendra" a school for underprivileged children in village Nathupur, Gurugram. We ensure that children get regular supplies of books and stationary and basic hygiene facilities are taken care.
Providing medical aid to underprivileged is a cause close to Mrs. Pal. She has been associated with an NGO for providing medical aid to the needy on quarterly basis.
Besides this we hold regular workshops on hygiene and safety measures for our construction labour at various sites. Some small gestures to express our gratitude to Almighty for being blessed.
